We operate as a “text-based salon” to offer the best service possible between appointments while giving guests our full attention.
Texts are answered during business hours. If you’re texting to cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, our cancellation fee will apply. Please text or email Kaitlyn@sugar-skinstudio.com for any additional questions about our policy or your appointment.

Booking your appointment
All bookings are made online through the booking app “Vagaro” – which you can access here.
This has all of the most up to date availability and ensures that there is no phone tag, no back and forth on schedules, and no delay.
If a particular day/time isn’t available, it is highly recommended that you add yourself to the waitlist online. When you’re on the waitlist, you will get notified immediately when your ideal day and time opens up and will have easy access to book.
Cancellations
You can cancel or reschedule online up to 24 hours before your appointment by logging into your Vagaro account, selecting your appointment, and choosing “Cancel” or “Reschedule.”
You’re also welcome to text Kaitlyn, please do not use Instagram as it is not guaranteed we will see your message in time. it is strongly recommended you reschedule through your account to avoid any delays or back-and-forth, especially if you’re close to the 24-hours before your appointment.
Cancellation On Membership Vs Reg. Client
Regular Appointments: You will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
Memberships: 50% of the service value will be deducted from your membership. If rescheduled within the same month, the remaining balance at the membership rate will be due at your next visit.
Will my appointment be moved without my knowledge?
Due to the intrusive and sensitive nature of the services we offer, we will NEVER move your appointment to another day, time, or technician without your knowledge or permission. In the event of illness or case of emergency you will be given the option to move to a day/time that you choose always with the person you are most comfortable with.
